GameChanger walkthrough

How clubs register on GameChanger, score games, and get stats onto Diamond League Desk — including a concierge option so managers never have to upload the file themselves. Built for LISM Spring 2027. Stats come from GameChanger’s official Export stats CSV only. The desk does not scrape GameChanger or ask for club logins.

Managers do

  • Create or open the club’s GameChanger team for the season
  • Add desk staff and submit the public team link for approval
  • Score games in GameChanger (the desk does not replace GC scoring unless a pilot is running)
  • Or choose a cadence: export after each game, once a week, or leave export/import to concierge

Desk & Electronically Enhanced

  • Approve the public GameChanger link
  • Match and ingest official Export CSVs into league boards and the archive
  • Optional: Electronically Enhanced concierge pulls and uploads weekly exports (teams still score in GC)

The season flow

Register → score → land the file

  1. Phase 01

    Register the club on GameChanger

Managers open the season team in GameChanger, add info@diamondleaguedesk.com as Team Staff, copy the public team page link (web.gc.com/teams/…), and submit it on the desk for commissioner approval. No GameChanger password is shared with Diamond League Desk.

  2. Phase 02

    Score the game in GameChanger

Clubs keep scoring in GameChanger — that is the official book for the season. Diamond League Desk does not replace GameChanger scoring unless the league is running an optional desk scoring pilot. Official-book rules (home book when both score, etc.) still apply.

  3. Phase 03

    Export stats onto the desk

After games, someone exports the official GameChanger stats CSV and lands it on the desk. Pick a cadence below — or hand the backend work to concierge while clubs continue scoring in GC.

Export cadence

Three ways to get stats on the desk

Scoring always stays in GameChanger unless the league opts into a desk scoring pilot. What changes is who exports and how often.

Option A

After each game

Near–real-time boards

When the game ends, open the team in GameChanger → Stats → Export stats → download the CSV → drop it on the upload page (or Share → DLD Stats from a phone). League stats and eligibility refresh from that file — live-ish for managers who want boards current the same night.

Club or league staff exports and uploads after each game.

Open upload page →

Option B

Once a week

One drop covers the week

Export all games for that club in one weekly Export stats pass, then upload once. Same official file — fewer touches. Boards catch up on a predictable weekly rhythm instead of night-of.

Club or league staff exports and uploads on a set weekday.

Option C

Concierge

Electronically Enhanced handles the backend

Add info@diamondleaguedesk.com as Team Staff on the GameChanger club. Clubs still score every game in GameChanger. Electronically Enhanced then handles the backend GameChanger work — pull / export / import onto the desk — so managers are not responsible for the CSV drop. Concierge does not score games.

Managers score in GC and keep desk staff on the club. Electronically Enhanced owns export and import. Bundled with Homerun; otherwise +$49 / team / season.

Staff email

info@diamondleaguedesk.com

Add this address as Team Staff on every GameChanger club. It is the only GameChanger login the desk uses. For concierge clubs, that staffing is what lets Electronically Enhanced pull and land the official export — still without scoring the game for you.

  • · GameChanger exports one team at a time — that is their official limit.
  • · If the download is named stats.csv, rename it to include the club (e.g. NY-Wolves-batting.csv) before the first upload.
  • · Phone path: Export stats → Share → DLD Stats after the one-time install.
